Q. How Do I Book A Courier?
Booking one of our services could not be easier. Simply contact our office and one of our knowledgeable staff will be able to advise you of the most economical option for transporting your consignment.
Q. Are Consignments Insured?
A. All same day consignments carried by Candy Carriers are automatically covered by our £50,000 in transit insurance. This is considerably more than most of our competitors.
Q. How Do I Open An Account?
A. Opening an account with us is easy. You can either contact us at the office, or download an application form and fax/email it back to us.
Q. Are There Any Account Fees?
A. We do not charge for opening an account and there is no minimum spend. Also, there are no hidden fees for administration. For further details please contact the office.
Q. How Do I Pay Without An Account?
A. If you do not have an account set up with us at the time of booking, you can either pay by cheque when your goods are collected, or by credit/debit card over the phone. You will be able to discuss the option that suits you best, while you are booking your first job.
